Any party of any case filed in the Tribunal or the Appellate Tribunal, as the case may be, may file an petition for taking action in any matter related to the case and the Tribunal or the Appellate Tribunal, as the case may be, may take necessary action relating thereto if the demand of the petitioner is found to be reasonable.
